Buck's similarities with his new owner John Thortan is how they are both fair, like when Buck knows someone did somethign wrong he will hit them, if John THortan knwos someone did somethign wrong he will hit them but with a club. They both respect one another, like when Buck knows John Thortan wants him to do somethign he will do it without hesitation and when Thortan knowds Buck wants to be showed affection he will do it. Buck and John Thortan both love each other, for example when John fell off a cliff Buck did all he could to save him showing his strong bond between the two and when Buck was gonna get killed by Haw John protected Buck so taht he won't get killed.
